AFAIK, lower unit has smaller built up therefore the price is slightly cheaper too.

The normal lower unit is RM320. According to the SA, it is not based on built up.

I was there over the weekend. Parkfield semi d cluster are left with very few units according to the SA. Looks like Tropicana Heights sales are doing well.

The new connecting roads are almost ready - by June according to SA. (from k2 / Rafflesia - behind nadayu). New double lane road instead of the old winding single lane.

“The affordable home segment is new for the group. For the pilot project, we are targeting to launch 766 units this year,” he said after the company’s AGM.

The affordable home segment, dubbed as “urban affordable homes”, would consist of strata-title apartment units with sizes ranging from 650 to 1,000 sq ft.

It is about 5 mins / 2.7km drive from Kajang KTM/ MRT to Kajang 2. It is probably another 3 mins drive from K2 to TH, total 8 mins (I am making assumption) as google map does not recognize the new link from K2 yet.

I am interested to find out if there are MRT feeder bus to K2 and TH.

Regards to strata vs individual title,

The property is maintained by JMB using their own (residence) money including roads, and street lamp including electricity?

Individual - road, street lamp - electricity all covered by the majlis?
