The Tropicana 360 app doesn't seem to be fully functioning at this moment. Cool concept though. Similar to what EcoWorld has for Eco Majestic.

just got the news, you have to settle all the payment first like on Assessment and Quit Rent , etc
then they will reactivate your Tropicana 360 Apps
*
Hmm.. basically after you get your key your account will be activated? cool.. thanks for the tip smile.gif

Went over to visit the site yesterday but got denied coz don't have keys yet. Disappointed but pleased the security is tight. Access roads improved a lot. Landscaping seemed to be well maintained. But still a lot of untenanted units in Parkfield and other phases sweat.gif

Clubhouse membership I believe is about RM160ish per adult. Cheaper for children if not mistaken. Not sure if it's worth the extra. Don't see much facility apart from the pool and gym.

Well.. Good thing is they have a nice park to jog around. The man-made lake is shaping up too.

Lol. Still got trolls assume anyone that stays in Kajang (or anywhere else as a matter of fact) would want to travel to KLCC on a daily basis laugh.gif Try harder la. Maybe can get a better response.

Anyone have any idea about Kajang2's (MKH) commercial site? Seems like they're building something big hmm.gif

For those planning on renovating (i.e. wall hacking/extension) I've asked the tropicana guys during key collection. anything internal is fair game (meaning do as you like) just don't hack foundation pillars if any.

As for the areas facing outdoors or external facade, can't do much changes but refer to the guidebook they provide in the thumbdrive. even the color and design of your grills must follow same code/pattern.

Hope these help. Best is still reach out to the management office to get most accurate info smile.gif

Ridgefield is under strata title
therefore external portion or common property area is controlled by the Management Committee NOT owner
*
Pretty sure we all know that by now. Thanks anyway.

Ridgefield owners, do you feel the card scanner at the entrance is too weak to scan the card from inside the car?

2 factors

1. Drive closer

2. Might be your tint
*
1. Drove as close as I can get to the scanner. Nothing. Had to pass the card to the guard to scan. Even he had to find the right 'spot/angle' to scan the card

2. I thought this was the case too. But after trying on two different tint levels on different cars, still nothing.

Visited Fairfield and they had different card scanners. No one wind down window to scan. Work as intended hmm.gif

Frankly my current fake G&G with their cheap keycard also can scan without winding down window..
*
Sigh.. Yup.. My current place also can scan without prob. A newly built residence but using below average product. Need the sledgehammer uncle to help inspect brows.gif

Got update? I just complained the same thing thru the T360 app. Went to management office and they gave new cards but still the same problem.
*
I got new cards too but same thing. Had to drive up real close to get the scan angle right with the windows down. Submitted complain on T360 app but they quickly closed the ticket saying it's resolved without giving proper solution. A class customer service right there shakehead.gif

Well, the more noise from owners the faster they act on it. I saw a lot of units (townhouse) going through renovation but quiet from the semi-d side. And as usual, no unifi supply until at least 50% tenancy sweat.gif

Applied for Unifi over the weekend when TM set up a booth in Ridgefield. Will take about 5-6 months for the project to be approved sweat.gif About 35 residents applied so far and they are expecting more to sign up before cable installations begin.

thought was activation period instead of fiber cable installation?
*
yup. 5-6 months of 'activation' or gathering applications and then 1-2 months of cable installation. Do correct me if i'm wrong coz that was told to me during the sign up.

No unifi yet so have to apply for digi/celcom/maxis portable internet, temporarily.
If you need any designer-contractor contact just let me know. Will pass you the contact. I don't get any commission btw
