Clubhouse membership I believe is about RM160ish per adult. Cheaper for children if not mistaken. Not sure if it's worth the extra. Don't see much facility apart from the pool and gym.

u have to call the Defect personnel incharge to find out the status on your unit.
accordingly to them mostly minor defects has been rectified only those timber staircase and the floor tiling needs time.
when completed, they will update to T360 apps accordingly and the next process

some Scuff Marks in the floor tiling

that is good as value added service
but  NOT in TH 

Bear in mind
The new tile replace colour maybe slightly different even same code because of different batch of production .
This so call defect provider service is bullshit one
