Landed GnG Individual title. In tropicana Height only Fairfield has this. The rest is strata. I like to have freedom (within allowance ) therefore prefer landed individual title. To me landed strata is exactly a condo on ground.

No reason that Non residents will go in the residential without looking for someone

there are some Big Big TNB panel installed at the end lots in Ridgefields (TownVilla) which is ugly and eyesore and is unexpected as there was not shown in the plan or chart.
