Really the developers should ensure at least min safety requirements are safeguarded.....

Life is precious even for lower cost foreign workers...no one should take such risk....

If you look at foresta damansara even worst......they hang like spiderman....

will the reality match the illustration? maybe EW Architect over-do on the illustration. Too good to be true.

Based on the link from Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (http://kadartol.llm.gov.my), the toll rate for distance between Eco Majestic and Kajang Selatan is RM2.00.

Semenyih-Kajang Selatan is RM1.30 for 7.03km
Eco Majestic-Kajang Selatan is RM2.00 for 10.95km
If we calculate the toll rate per km using Semenyih-Kajang Selatan rate as reference, it is RM0.18/km.  And it seems "fair" for RM2.00 for the 10.95km for Eco Majestic-Kajang Selatan. Lol.

Tolls + Parking.

This is one of the cause where many Malaysians weak purchasing power and not afford to buy their wish property/home.

The gov policy that ripping off the ppl spending power.
Read the news that KL going to implement ERP gate(same like Singapore) to charge vehicles entering KL city once after MRT project goes live. To ease the congestion woh.... So that lesser ppl drive in kl.

Hmmm.... I didn't know that our MRT can reach every single corner in KL city.

Park & ride?
Really lmao.!
The park & ride. Parking fees is not cheap. Sri petaling bkt jalil used to be RM2. New extended stations all RM4 with 100% hike.

Second, parking is far. Niamah walk until platform already sweating.

Third, no cover. Raining ended wet.

Oh yah, not forget, some station like Kelana jaya not enuf parking space.

Guys..those who bought the 1st phase EM already gain as the new launches per sqft at Ecohill 2 is higher now ....although Ecohill 2 is launching built ups of houses which is smaller in size to attract buyers...if u compute per sqft the prices have definitely moved up a lot....so take ur right hand and pat ur left shoulder.....

The VIPs holding the torch are going to burn and tear down the toll? No toll fee yeah! 

Ecoworld, only less than 3km of distance already can build the missing link between Lekas EM interchange and Plus north-south Putra Mahkota interchange.. 

Collate SP Setia, IOI, Transloyal and engage with PNB on this missing link, hundred thousands of people from both township will show big thank you to you...   

The Swan at the roundabout after the EM toll is really sibeh nice at night 😍 Much nicer than the pic below which was taken from a lousy hp.

Btw, notice there are 2 polis bantuan pondok along the way from the EM toll to the Swan roundabout.  The 3rd pic below, you can see one from the right hand side of the pic.

It was impressive, tat my feeling.

Manage to talk wif 1 of their staff during show house tour, which i only realised he is a Project Safety Manager after long chatting.

Was satisfied wif his so called "internal Info" as i did mentioned the Eco-slope whic most of the buyer didn't satisfy.

And he also mentioned the difference of supervision btween EW and other developer which is EW do have thier company project team to actually do the QC to ensure the quality n safety during construction.

I realy hope he is telling the truth and i bliv the time will tell.
