The 3 years I mean are the 3 years I wasted on a bad investment (if), not the 3 years to wait for new house completion.

When I heard it, I only know EW are launching new township.
I am buying whatever precinct they are selling, not thinking much because I didn't plan to buy one more house. I bought another property earlier of the same year and renovated over 100k on it to rent out.
I don't even borther what's Cradleton at that time by the way. Just go kepoh and buy. I really thought Cradleton would be good and 1st precinct usually the one that have lowest risk. Cause if they failed first precinct, whole township gone. That's what on my mind that time.
