UOB is driving me crazy.

I called last week to cancel Vox - and they said they would get someone to call me in 1-2 days to confirm cancellation.

Today I called again to follow-up. And they said that they have no record of my cancellation request.

I am so glad to end this relationship with them.
*
I also called last week on Mon/Tue to transfer credit balance out of VOX and cancel the card. Credit balance was successfully transferred in 3-4 days time with VOX disappearing from online portal thereafter. I take is as cancellation successful, since nobody from retention dept called me? hmm.gif

Yup, since no report of jompay so far, worth trying as I'm paying through online saving account all the while and maybank is charging rm1 for each payment =\ can switch to other card to get at least some points and save on rm1 nevertheless.

Jompay charged nothing.

1 thing to note is that postonline do charge 2% fee on the transacted amount sad.gif
*
Oh, if JomPay no cash back, I will just continue paying in PTPTN counter. biggrin.gif

Yes, PosOnline has 2% and plus GST will be 2.12% actually.. smile.gif

Since pay through POSonline will be charge for 2.12%, you may try the Astro payment through their website

you paid on saturday, so it will only process today (being paid to uob). it takes 1 day to update to show on your unbilled statement, so you should see it by tomorrow. in any case, if you are charged interest, you can always call to waive if it's the first time.

ibg on weekend consider monday's transaction. credit card is using batch processing so it will be updated by uob after 10pm each day. it should be reflected in your credit card account anytime from now if you have entered correct transfer details.

Refer to first post. You will only get cash back from YOLO with minimum spending of RM 500. RM 500 to RM 799 will get maximum RM 20. RM 800 and above will get max RM 50.
*
why spending RM500 only get RM 20? not 6% like RM30?

Read carefully. I said pay with AEON and pay back using PosOnline. I didn't know can pay PTPTN using PosOnline.
