odd indeed. my last payment was SYABAS via uobpayonline on 4 Jan, gotten email as expected.

2) asking here so many times, repeatedly, is spamming. you're expecting ppl to answer you (this is not Garage Sales or /k/), whereas the forum is replied on voluntary-basis. if no one has info to post, then there is no info available.

very impossible to confirm for assessment fee with YOLO because the card was introduced in Aug 2016, but 2017 Assessment Fee only in January 2017!

if you pay this month, get to know the answer by end Feb 2017. since DBKL assessment fee due date is 28 Feb, you can pay next month but will know the cb by end Mar 2017.
