How was yours? Direct settle by one call or need to wait for telemarketing too?

Done with just one call. Spoken to CS that I have a VOX now and received SMS to apply YOLO. Ask them to help you to apply.
I was told mine will be a conversion but it is not, my VOX is still active. I prefer this way to ensure I will get my VOX cash back. I will call them to cancel my VOX after my Sept cash back is in and transfer the credit to my YOLO.

Got my card after 4 working days via Poslaju.

Aiyaa... kena Administrative fee RM6.36 in the latest statement. My RM1 transaction on 17 Oct was posted on 19th. Statement date is 18th.

Should be able to get waiver for the fee charged. The messy part is... if I pay the fee first, later on shall have balance excess.

Should I make another transaction to avoid fee charges for 18 Nov statement?

When is the best date to terminate VOX since already got my YOLO?

Another question, for those of you who have more than 1 UOB cards and pay statement amount to only 1 account, is the allocation of payments correct?
I'm curious coz the allocation to my One card is more and VOX less. No financial charges on the VOX though coz covered by cash backs.

For Yolo card online spending of RM300 (total monthly spending), can I enjoy 6% CB since the CB cap is RM20?
300 x 6% is RM18.

You need minimum spending of RM 500 to get cash back for online or dining.

So basically I just received my UOB One Card (hurray!).

I am kinda new to cc, so it will be great if you guys can elaborate a little to me.

I made some online transaction and some dining and I paid using the One Card. Unfortunately, I can't view my statement. When do I need to make the payment?

Probably because your statement is not yet out. You may call CS to find out your statement date. Due date is 20 days after your statement date so you should pay full before due date.

Just wait a couple more days as YOLO rebate will be out soon. Then we shall know whether it is entitled. There will be a total of 2.12% of service charge plus GST on the amount you pay.

UniFi and TNB can use UOBPayOnline, no service charge. However, we have to wait till somebody reports here in few more days if UOBPayOnline is eligible for cash back or not.

Got my One Card, my very first CC with only 1 month salary slip and offer letter. You may try as UOB is quite a lenient bank. Good luck!

Better make sure you have cleared your ptptn outstanding if you have it. Many people don't know their actual time to repay and missed a few months
