if u can "endure" the taste of UN.. prostar 100 is the best in term of value. RM320 for 15x scoops my god!!! I drink like it's milo only XD
25g protein in 1 single scoop (relatively small scoop)

if u want something more "famous" and taste well, go for ON gold standard whey or muscle tech platinum whey.

if u are "hardcore", don't care about budget and etc, go for Ronnie Coleman Signature Series Pro-Antium. Larger scoop for 30g protein, but those "extra" nutrition is orgasm for your muscle flex.gif

Wa bro I bought at RM280, already cursing at the taste. Can't imagine how u're feeling after I tell u this. tongue.gif

And I think Pro-antium is heavily spiked? But results speak at the end of day..

The content of Glycine is kinda high, 4.6g per serving. Being a noob, I only know to look out for things like this.

I bought online from a seller in lelong.my. I asked about it in another thread, too bad u missed out. Regarding price, i think u have to compare product to product, distributor A might have product B cheaper while distributor C would have product D cheaper. I'm always under tight budget so a lot of price comparison before my decision.

creatine also "boost up" the protein ingredients if I'm not wrong, but the results really good.. if u got budget can try 1 tub, it's exp powder based on the serving per tub sweat.gif

can share/ (pm better?) the seller in lelong.my? biggrin.gif

40 bucks is big different... I compared most products between Eji & Musclemania.. Mania is selling higher price
will not buy with them anymore bruce.gif ranting.gif
I noob and thought they are the cheap seller zzz bangwall.gif until you mentioned about Eji with me.

actually I'm afraid of lelong seller because of the authentic issue, maybe I can try the lelong seller that u deal with since members in lyn also say ok blush.gif

Will go next for ON then would likely stick with it, but stock availability is a problem nowadays.

LINK
Might even be able to COD if he has stock at ur place. Should be a reputable seller, since my tub of UN also tastes shyt lol

I thought u are the one who told me about Eji instead of the other way round??! Lol. I said i wasnt impressed by the price tag when i walked in to the Penang HQ branch. But looks like i have to drop my poor first impression of them and include them in my probable distributor hmm.gif

You only can gain ~800 grams of muscle per month spread evenly around your body per month (if you are newbie). you can never measure that with your eyes or in short term.

Ya gym price the products on their racks like they have the exclusive rights what so ever.

The price per serving of Pro Antium kinda out of my budget, but those on the low scale of price per serving are really hard to source, especially when u wanna find the best deal... Or could it be they are selling like hot cakes or some distributors buy at bulk and resell at slightly higher price rclxub.gif Damn susah la

Gym/gnc, both selling supplements super exp like they are cod to customer by Ronnie/Jay cutler...

Pro antium (5lb) best deal/per scoop = 165/50 = 3.3

On (5lb) = 200/6x? = around 3.xx

UN prostar = 280/15x? = below 2, arond 1.8x... (dirt cheap!)
I don't think we can easily consume quality protein for rm1.8x...

UN still the best bet for wallet biggrin.gif
Are u get used with the taste yet? Maybe u shd and stick with this brand to save more!

As much as I would love to be able to save on the price/ serving, I just don't enjoy it sad.gif

To me, it has to be enjoyable too to be sustainable, of course while still being affordable. Would switch to ON, depending on availability once I have finish my UN, since i have planned to reduce dependence on whey, while try to eat more whole food with protein. rclxms.gif

I also am eating out almost all of the time. What i plan to do is to ask for extra portion of chicken/ meat/ egg/ whatever source of protein during my meals. I havent been bothered to calculate my macros intake but try to get 1g of protein per lbs of body weight, by very rough estimation.

I have given up trying to convince my taste buds. I even lied to myself that it doesnt taste too bad. Now what i do is I take deep breath, hold it, then quickly finish my serving of UN. Follow up by another 6oz of water so that the heavenly smell gets diluted when i burp. Not a pleasant experience especially when there is colleague sharing the pantry. sweat.gif
