Hello.

I have a Digi Campus sim which by now you could guess I have owned for a very long time. Never had to change it, until now. I'm forced to replace it with a nano-sim card. I would have to change my plan of course but I would like to keep my number. Is it only really doable through a Digi Centre, or can any small Digi store do this? The nearest Digi Centre is a 40 minute drive so I'd save the hassle and fuel if I can.

Thank you.  smile.gif

What do you mean by small Digi stores? Digi store express can do it, but those store owned by other people that sells Digi SIM card might not be able to do it.

hi guys, i want to ask something about the postpaid bill.

My postpaid bills only show the amount of data consumed , but it has no details on the itemized calls. Is this normal?
*
Are you on one of postpaid plans with unlimited calls ? If you are that is the reason they do not show itemized calls on your e-statement.

Not if you are subscribed to e-statement with limited minutes call plan.

I mean essentially other than a Digi Center.
Thank you. I guess I'll try and look for those nearby.

You don't have to change plan just because you need to replace your sim card.

The plan is ancient, and is worst than what's on offer today.

My phone has a nano and micro sim tray. I have an internet micro sim, and the gold contact of the current sim can only cut down to the size of a micro. So I'd rather not cut 2 sims (the micro to fit the nano, and the regular to fit the micro).

If among prepaid, I think this plan still stand out. First of all, calls are still 18 cents a minute. Second, you got 1 year validity upon reload, so no need to get super long life.
But I agree it depends on usage. If you prefer prepaid with 4G data, and you always finish up the credit before expiry, then the 1 year validity might not be of any good use.

I think only advance payment for the package that you plan to subscribe to.

Just changed it now to the Best prepaid plan (which is the only plan I can transfer to for prepaid. The other option is postpaid). It's 12 sen/min in 30 sec blocks for friends, and I've got pretty much all the necessary/frequent friends and family covered, both Digi and non-Digi in that list. Actually when I first got Digi Campus it was quite alright. But, then the rates went up, and no more free SMS for FnF. It also used to be 1 sen for Digi-Digi SMS for non-friends, but now it's 6 sen flat. Plus I was limited to 11 FnF which to my knowledge only allowed Digi numbers. Though SMS is pretty much dead when you have a smartphone, and especially if like me you have an internet sim.

So there wasn't really anything for me to stick to that plan.
Oddly, my "reload before" date is still the old Campus one, September 2017.

I think prepaid 48 very hard to compete with pokemon plan
Only if ppl dont mind to renew everyday

Prepaid 48 = 11.5GB = 230MB per RM
Pokemon 30 days = rm30 = 9GB = 300MB per RM

And if add in prepaid live free 8GB and free massaging,
U can make it lower than 30 if u adjust ur usage very well.

WTF prepaid 48 much better than postpaid 48
3gb vs 7.5gb (exclude free video and music streaming), what wrong with Digi sweat.gif
