Found them!

iPhone 5s has a LTE modem in their chipset (Qualcomm MDM9615M, source: https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/iPhone+5s+Teardown/17383) that is capable of VoLTE.

It is now official, Digi is now officially starting VoLTE to all iPhones starting from the 6 and newer. Support for other phones are coming. No date given.

Under investigation, some maintenance was done today. It may have messed things up.

voLTE is a big messy stuff, only iphone5 and onward can use and also both calling and receiving end has to be iphone, what a joke man!

U can use volte call to anyone and anyone can call u with/without volte.

The only thing only for volte to volte is better setup time and higher HD voice compared to normal 3G/2G calls.

I think I got VoLTE to my friend just now. The voice quality sounds like Facetime Audio quality.

I guess he is on Digi LTE with Iphone

nevermind. 4g or 3g janji boleh call.

3g sure can call, 4G can't call, when you make call or receive call 4G will fallback to 3G or 2G, that is why they implement 4G, which you dont have to fallback to 3G or 2G when making or receiving call.
