I prefer Traffic Monitor app which have both cell and wifi data usage in much detail and in real time sum and speed while the Data Manager is better showing usage in much pleasing graphic presentation. The former is more practical while tethering cell data to my computer/iPad, especially on a game day, one NFL live game would cost me 6GB!! Can't let the 4G runs wild. After trying a few data monitor apps, i ended with just one - Traffic Monitor.

For Mac user, Bandwidth + free OSX app also has a very neat widget tool app which showing real time data usage on tool bar on each data source connections, very useful when you tapping data from your cell.

Planning to sign for the Postpaid 50~ 5GB+5GB+100MINUTES+100SMS

1. Is there a contract?
2. If i add one Internet Sharing (RM10), will i get unlimited call?
2.5. If yes, do i still get the free 100SMS?
3. Is that the free 5GB weekend only for 4G LTE connection?
3.5 For the free 5GB weekend, is that means i can ultize it in on every weekend and not to be like HOTLINK fast ([1GB Saturday + 1GB Sunday]x4)?
4. Does Digi provide online customer sevices?

Other than this plan, any suggestion for me?
Sincerely, thank you.

do take note that internet sharing will only utilize the 5gb all day quota. your 5gb weekend kenot share liao.

and pls take note you'll be paying extra 20. 10 for internet sharing, 10 for fee on your principal number for activating the feature.

edit: unlimited calls is between principal and supp line. 100mins is for your principal. for supp line, depends on what plan you take.

Whoo Hoo... rclxms.gif

Now got promo for iPhone 6s and 6sPlus with Digi

I just sign 24mths conract and purchase this iPhone 6s 128GB for RM 1,571.64 (incl GST).

Do you guys think it's worth it?

P/S: Ya, ya initially thought better to wait until 2017 for the tax rebate but since I missed the last 1 or 2 iPhone promo (when it was 1,5++ for 16GB version sometime in July...too late to grab), I'm not risking it this time. Afterall, the savings is more than the tax rebate thumbsup.gif

P/S/S: USD vs MYR is falling...

P/S/S/S: Headphone Jack rules thumbup.gif

Yes. It is worth it. So much discount on the phone.
But the 2 years contract is a bit of a concern.
Make sure you don't scream when Digi offer the same plan at a lower price in the near future.

Thinking to try out Celcom 60Gb all day plan. Anyone or U know Celcom is any goods in Alor Setar area? If i can get great 3GB coverage, i would be very happy. Since the half 4G data on my Digi plan in my area is a toast anyway

QUOTE(jack2001 @ Nov 21 2016, 11:27 PM)
I don't think TM offers 500Mbps for residential customers yet  sweat.gif

About your area, I never really had any issues when going to that area, 4G speed test was pretty good, however I am talking about the shop lots. I'll be sure to do speediest more often there and check  smile.gif

Celcom 4G is quite bad in A/S, much poorer 4G coverage and speed lol. Not saying that it is bad, just not up to par with Digi and Maxis sweat.gif But usually Celcom have higher upload, if that is what you're looking for laugh.gif 3G is just fine tho.
