I bought type A, progress now as i seen still sub-structure work. i heard now they offer 3% reduction in price due to zero rated GST.

BTW, what is the developer offer now? My time was 5%+3% rebate, with kitchen cabinet and aircond.

now developer offer is still same.. 5% + 3% rebate.. the additional 3% reduction still under TBC.. the work progress a bit slow hopefully can see more progress from developer
