Just now want to buy something from shopee. When want to pay using cc, got popup says checkout failed (C01). Said that my card linked to multiple users. Called the cs, they say my card has been detected for suspicious activity. wtf is that. cs said cannot use the cc anymore, need to use other payment method. anyone with the same prob?

How many multiple users? My CC is used by all 4 of my family. So far OK. Last night 3 of us made 6 orders using my CC. Maybe they look at the stuff you buy. Mine is quite obvious, daughter buy daughter stuff, wife bought knitting stuff and mine are all nerdy shit.

Actually, 5 if counting my mum.

What discount codes did you use? That plays a part too.

Last thing I bought was during 11.11 sales. Bought diapers and formula milk that's all.
Discount codes I just use everything that I see, but mostly not working.
Don't tell me I got banned because trying a lot of codes.
If it is, my account should be banned right, not the credit card.
What makes me frustrated is, the cs said my card involve in suspicious activity, but when I asked what it is, they cannot disclose it. How the hell I know what I did was wrong to them lol if they don't want to tell me.

Try to delete the card n add card again. I’ve the same issue b4 despite I only use the card in 1 acc

I will try that (Tried and failed). But after I bought last 11.11 sale I already deleted the card though
