Gemfive nov voucher is limited to 1 use per account?

Sometimes out of stock coz its only 1 item and still in ur cart. Delete from cart then got stock

Just now want to buy something from shopee. When want to pay using cc, got popup says checkout failed (C01). Said that my card linked to multiple users. Called the cs, they say my card has been detected for suspicious activity. wtf is that. cs said cannot use the cc anymore, need to use other payment method. anyone with the same prob?

Last thing I bought was during 11.11 sales. Bought diapers and formula milk that's all.
Discount codes I just use everything that I see, but mostly not working.
Don't tell me I got banned because trying a lot of codes.
If it is, my account should be banned right, not the credit card.
What makes me frustrated is, the cs said my card involve in suspicious activity, but when I asked what it is, they cannot disclose it. How the hell I know what I did was wrong to them lol if they don't want to tell me.

I will try that (Tried and failed). But after I bought last 11.11 sale I already deleted the card though
