No worries, got a few more coupons coming that are just as good. My daughter and I play every night just to get the 50%. But somehow my son and wife missed Day 9 and consequently missed the 50% coupon. *sigh* I already tell them where to click. All they need to do was login and play.

Did you, seriously, just changed the rewards for check-in 18 and 25 of the Hidden Puzzles promotion? Right in the middle of the promotion?

I was really looking forward to those rewards and have been busting my ass checking in every day with hopes of reaching that milestone. Now you just wasted 16 days of my life doing that.

I know your reserve team has the the right to amend any of the terms and conditions but you think this is the right thing to do? How can I ever trust you again?

So I demand:

1. that you explain your actions with the reasons leading to and behind the change of the rewards.
2. that you reinstate the previous rewards
3. To be fair to you, you may keep the new rewards for new milestones. Perhaps check-in #22 and #31.

I'm not the only person let down by your actions. We're hurt by your actions. A few of us are here in this forum. I'm sure we will be actively discussing this issue.
