No wrong what complain here. It's good practice especially to help others who are considering to buy from certain sellers. In Gemfive all the sellers put shady names not their actual shop name so its quite hard to know which ones are reliable. Some people might be lucky and never meet any problems but you never know. I usually ask in this thread first before buying how others experience with certain sellers are
