Gdex celaka one...In all my years of ordering stuff online, plenty of occasions where they just simply update status cannot deliver because no one home... FYI, my mom's almost always at home...Just call and screw them...Do it early in the morning, if lucky they'll deliver the same day...

Never waited long enough to see if they deliver 2nd time without calling... As soon as I see that bullshit status update, immediately call and screw...

Do they actually send AP sets back to the country of origin for repairs...? Or do they repair in-house...? If they do send it back, that would explain the time it takes to repair one...

At least you got your item...Could be worse, imagine getting an email stating your item has been successfully delivered, but you didn't receive it...

The thing is, it might not entirely be lazada's fault...Its possible the seller was the one who updated the tracking info late...Don't get me wrong, not saying lazada is perfect (far from it), but your issue seems relatively minor...
