I am telling the true these phone which I bought from T&L telecom seriously have hardware issues, just less than 20 days of use then phone got problem

I need to take back for warranty but not sure how to claim my warranty now as the seller didn't respond my email and my message from Facebook inbox too .

Haven't been active in LYN but so much things happened

I have been his hater since the start as:
1. He charges for the purchase service which I initially thought it was free . Innocent me. And I thought it was as low as rm10.
2. Noien TS was providing service too but people chose to went for his service instead.
3. He ramped up the frequency of commenting on thread in view of looking for customers, posting shit/unhelpful posts.
4. He bullshit ALOT.
5. Claimed that he had multiple SCB card which is another plain BS. He may have repeatedly used the same card over and over again
6. Worst, since his integrity is doubtful he could have used stolen credit card in the purchase process. Which I wish good luck to all his customers

He asking me to transfer money to him n give my account n password to him then can proceed using his card.... I think this isn't so secure so I refuse..

I have a question to clarify

is it possible to rank the online shopping site based on overall experience? Like just observing LYN - lazada has its own forum and everything else is grouped as 1. So would it be fair to say Lazada offers an overall better experience? not necessarily price wise but overall.

I personally default to Lazada but do review others from time to time. The main attraction for me to Lazada is simply that i feel its a far more easier site to navigate and shop at compared to the rest. i do visit the others and have the apps on my phone But somehow i feel i may be missing out something and maybe i could be partially biased unintentionally towards Lazada. So hoping to get some views from the rest so that i don't end up missing out on what could potentially be a better bargain not only on price and quality but overall experience.

So gemfive cs just replied to my email saying that due to low in stock, there is delay for the iPhone 7 (didn't say for how long), and their merchant is waiting apple msia to get back to them... I wanna ask, merchant means another 3rd party or still under gemfive? Since when I purchase it says fulfilled by gemfive

They can't quote me how long will the delay be... If they don't have stock available yet should not have let me proceeded with the payment...and the refund process would take 14 working days. Damn this is ridiculous... But the cs also told me no penalty? So no cancellation fee?
