If already pass the expected postage date, do follow-up call with G5.
I just kena item OOT (out of stock) after 10 days waiting.
Jilaka G5 not monitor our order.

I think G5 & merchants do not comunite very well each other.

I place order / pay > G5 notify / acknowledge > Payment cleared > G5 notify merchant > Merchant ship item & notify G5 > G5 notify me

I guess this the flow G5 / merchant using. Maybe lack of resource, G5 might not follow up with merchant about our order(s). Totally depend on merchant.

If merchant keep on silent & no inquiry from our side, G5 shut mouth tight.
