Some sellers are often not very prompt in its administration work and thus the out of stock incident. We have implemented some penalty on seller and hopefully this will improve the seller's overall performance in long run.

We have a team who will go after seller on orders and usually if out of stock, there will be an update within 3 working days.

Looks like CLICASIA   is not honouring those too-good-to-be-true deals

Contacted seller via email, WhatsApp, and even reconfirm 1 week before V-day and seller said will process accordingly. Today, at the end of the day, NOTHING. He/she read my messages but didn't reply at all...
