Dafuq.. Emailed Gemfive on Monday to plead for waiver of cancellation fee since I made another order which was roughly the same amount - 1.8k vs 1.9k, and the 1st order was an honest mistake (wrong spec laptop).
No reply. Today received refund minus RM43. Dafuq? Their stated policy is RM10 or 2%, whichever is higher for cancellation fee so it should be 1934.20 x 2% = 38.70. This is why I've bought so many things from Lazada but only 2 items so far from Gemfive. If there's any Gemfive employee reading this please take note and improve your customer service. Email also no reply. Only on rare occasions are the prices of things that I want cheaper at Gemfive. If the price is the same, Lazada is my preferred choice. Furthermore, order status showing "In Transit" on Gemfive but no tracking info. Sigh... |
