Ah fuck, placed wrong order for laptop on Gemfive and kena 2% cancellation fee (RM38.70). I thought I was buying an Acer E15 with Intel i5 processor but turns out it's another E15 with AMD chip. So placed new order for Acer E14 but CSO said cannot waive cancellation fee. Fuck.

Lazada doesn't have cancellation fee.

Hmm.. I bought this.. Shipping.. Hopefully it is really 1.5TB. Check Seagate website they don't have 1.5TB version but Lazada customer support said it is really 1.5TB...

Received. It really is 1.5TB (Available free space 1.36TB) and warranty can register on Seagate website.

There are 2 Lazada options - website & app. Some codes can only be used on the app so if that's your intention, click the App option. After Shopback leads you to Lazada, you need to login.

Ordered Tuesday midnight, today afternoon received.

Dafuq.. Emailed Gemfive on Monday to plead for waiver of cancellation fee since I made another order which was roughly the same amount - 1.8k vs 1.9k, and the 1st order was an honest mistake (wrong spec laptop).

No reply.

Today received refund minus RM43. Dafuq? Their stated policy is RM10 or 2%, whichever is higher for cancellation fee so it should be 1934.20 x 2% = 38.70.

This is why I've bought so many things from Lazada but only 2 items so far from Gemfive.

If there's any Gemfive employee reading this please take note and improve your customer service. Email also no reply.

Only on rare occasions are the prices of things that I want cheaper at Gemfive. If the price is the same, Lazada is my preferred choice.

Furthermore, order status showing "In Transit" on Gemfive but no tracking info. Sigh...

And sometimes the mobile web version of Lazada is more reliable than their app. If their app crashes, there goes your voucher code. That's the bad thing about Lazada, whether you really used your voucher code or not doesn't matter. After you enter it it's considered used. If your browser crashes, something wrong with the payment, or their own bloody app crashes, eff you.

When did Zalora become so terrible?

I tried to buy shoes.

1st try - wrong size delivered.

2nd try - I didn't receive my package. Nobody called me. But tracking info said delivered already.

Now it's a Saturday and their office is not open so there's nobody I can call to scold. Shit.

And it took them 3 working days just to ship out my package.

Last time Zalora was not like this. Delivery with their Zalora Express was fast. And they gave those reusable bags with a 2nd strip of glue so that it can be used for returns.

Now they use Ninja Van. Seller just put the package in normal plastic bag. Jilake item not delivered but say delivered already.
