QUOTE(yvonnesoo @ Oct 6 2016, 02:18 PM) i wonder it's a good move to terminate my current phone plan and go for this webe. phone = maxis mop98 home = time fibre broadband 100mbps office = unifi biz 30mbps Unless your unifi's office is under your name, they cannot detect you're using Unifi at all. I even asked them how will they know if I'm Unifi subscribers and I don't want to pay extra RM60 just Webe don't know I'm using it. They said the information we are given to them, they will know. QUOTE(Azurika @ Oct 6 2016, 02:42 PM) Webe is a collaboration of TM and P1 .. of course they have your database ..... I know about that, just to make sure they don't simply charged us RM60+ just because they 'don't know' we are Unifi subscribers. They don't notify us by SMS either about it like 'Yay you are Unifi subscriber...'. We as consumer must double confirm with them and don't simply agree with their own fault.

By far, Maxis is better in term of coverage and speed. Just that their plan is capitalist enough

Take how long to activate? My experience: 10AM : Submit online application...request to collect SIM at Sunway Pyramid. 5PM : Collect SIM. 7PM : Receive SMS from U-Mobile to reply YES to port out. Replied "YES" of course... 7:30 PM : U-Mobile replied port-out in processing... 12PM next day (Saturday) : U-Mobile SMS "...Thank you for being their customer and hope to subscribe again...". Immediately, can use webe SIM.

QUOTE(shinchan5347 @ Oct 6 2016, 03:26 PM) If unifi not under my name..is it possible to have that discount? Seems no coz they don't ask for your unifi details. They just use your information to search if you are Unifi subscriber.
