Was worry Celcom like ( Webe 3G ) very bad at Cybejaya office here, looks better today. Yesterday I can barely browse at all ( look at the second last 3.94/0/10 )

Just order another sim but the courier service insist the mykad owner must be at home to recieve the package! WTF!

This concept is for : (1) Existing webe account that wish to use the number permanently after individual testing. (2) No need to have Streamyx/UniFi after considering item (1) above. (3) Certified phone(s) rules still apply. (4) Other T&Cs upon face-to-face / group meetings. j/k in the end... p/s : At adamw, PM me if interested to increase to 3rd SIMs...I'll park my number under ur account...
