The speed is good, if only cannot call to one number i still can tolerate and wait for them to fix it slowly. the TAC problem really deal breaker .

I did not MNP, just testing with a new number so not so worry about those issues. It is a good choice for Unlimited data with no contract for me. Calls & SMS is not so important until I decide to switch over my main line.

Was wondering whether installing the sim in MiFi router is possible? seeing that charges is applied for hotspot. Cause I'm using an already dedicated telco for my mobile just that I'm often on the move and my laptop/tablet is always with me, so i bring along my portable wifi.

Anyone that connect to vpn, is it webe actually throttle encrypted/tunneled connection or just me. Using tunnelbear/purevpn or my own vpn server i get throttled to 30kb/sec.

Or is it just me?

But the supplier seems blur blur, told me this device can only boost 2G(GSM) voice, not suitable for data.

I some time use (some vpn and i don't want to advertise) but most of the times just use my own server. Sometimes 4g/3g depends because sometimes 4g is just way slower then 3g

Indeed, most of the time 3G is way more stable. I use my own server, an instances from AWS which i set up a 256-bit ovpn connection, i usually reach normal speed, but since this week its been 30kb/s only. So i thought maybe the encryption screwed up so i change to 128-bit connection but problem still persist. I then tried major vpn provider i found on the net and to my suprise, the speed is heavily being tuned down still.

what's the speed without vpn? could it be just the network itself that is slow?

Fluctuates between 200-270+ kb/s. With vpn it normally goes as i high as 800-1MB/s. And now, its at 30kb/s at best. Lol.

Use small cap "b" for bits and capital "B" for Bytes...

So, ur speed is 30 kB/s or 30 kbps...?
