i thought it was common knowledge if your imei number has lost/changed, your phone is pretty much a brick. Unless of course your phone is rooted, then there is a way to change it
OIC, it's very easy actually if phone rooted. Too bad I already kena 7/7 uncertified device. Webe CS advise to try use uncertified only on first of the month to avoid hassle. I thought you know something we don't!
My vote goes to LeMoto P1m becoz u can tether without to worry about battery drain... It has 4000mAh battery capacity which can sustain thru out the day with tethering (from my hypothesis...)

It's not gonna brick, but you won't be able to connect to telco network if imei number missing or something else. If anyone else knows any risk free imei changing method do share.
change build number will cause no issue. A webe customer rep confirms that they track imei number to know what model phone you use, but if you change the imei number = death.

root + xposed module and you're good to go I already changed mine but still detected as uncertified model
Anything goes to Google server will be capped to 2Mbps (aka 250kB/s). So, YouTube in 1440P is not a good idea. But, the workaround is we can download the 1440P via Downloader app while watching other(s) in 480P...
