google for non root method, usually you just need windows software and usb cable will do
however some telco might go deep into your phone, so u need to root your phone and change the information inside build.prop

I beleive webe charges is exactly the same as P1. Pay first use later. You have been charged for Oct bill. But, why certified phone discount only rm50?

u wont able share 1st.. u will get sms direct from webe when them detected..

most operator charge 1 month advance first. yeah, same like a prepaid.

i just checked unifi bill, also 1 month advance.

The only advantage of webe subscription to me is getting the devices, especially huawei p9 plus at discounted price.
