But the way, the total numbers of Rumah WIP should also same as total number of Asset kym selling units.
The ratio MUST BE 1:1.
1 unit Asset kayamas unit : 1 unit Rumah WIP
THEN ONLY CONSIDERED FAIR TO RAKYAT.
If not, what's planning between DBKL and developers during land deal,

Taman Desa is a hot place, no question..hope AK will deliver good products here...dont waste it..hardly any land in TD anymore, just hope they wont take off too much greens by the lake.....if not really becoming concrete jungle man

Did u know two of his listed companies are not performing well. So I guess he really has strong cabal with DBKL/Federal Gomen. Hehe Some more they came out from nowhere few years ago and have tonnes of projects
