Seems like all the recent launches in KL is from Aset Kayamas.
May I suggest they come up with rebates program to give extra discounts to their existing buyers LOL

Really?? But this :-

Land sold to highest bidder

Now the question is what will it be replaced with?

According to Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), who had owned the 16.99ha land that hosted the theme park and a restaurant, a mixed development consisting of high-end bungalows, multi-storey towers and condominiums as well Federal Territories Affordable Housing (Rumawip) scheme will be built on the land. The site is next to the Desa Lake.

“DBKL has sold it (the land) to the highest bidder,” said Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Mohd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz.

DBKL earlier leased to water park.
Now sold to the highest bidder.

Will the new development a leasehold property?

anyone can be he highest bidder in an auction/tender so long as you have the $$$
question is the tender is an open tender or a closed tender remains a question to be answered smile.gif
it can be a closed tender with multiple bidders
or a closed tender with 1 single bidder
or an open tender with 1 single bidder only

That will be awesome since it is so near to the transport hub in Bandar Malaysia.
It will definitely add value to their project.
If they have the walk bridge ....I suspect this could be a BBB!!!
