depends what is your need. you can opt for korail pass and it's cheaper also in a group. jeju for 5 days actually is quite long unless you are those who like nature and scenery. also most of the place close very early. basically at night you have nothing to do unless you are in jeju city. 6-7 days is actually just nice in seoul if you slowly explore.. since you will be going to everland. one day gone. if you are planning to go nami island, petite france and surrounding also almost 1 day gone. if you are going to dmz or suwon also almost 1 day gone..

Both my wife & me are not really fanatical nature lovers, I would say average regarding nature's activities. Thus I guess we should focus more on Seoul City since she really loves historical buildings and palaces.
Most likely will stick with 4d Jeju and 7d Seoul.
Yup going to visit all the places that you mentioned, also gonna look for a lot of different food to try. Both of us are food lovers
By the way would like to ask, normally for people who go to Jeju, need to buy ticket in advance or can just buy on the spot? I just checked the ticket price, about RM220 per person only for return tickets. Should I buy it now? Or can wait until two months before departure (in case of any plan changes).

You must have a contingency plan if the flight is delay.
AA arrival time is 15:20. You need to count the time spent to pass the immigration counter, luggage pick up, transit from Incheon to Gimpo to catch the next flight.
19:30 flight to Jeju is reasonable if nothing delay.
The differents on your initial plan and latest plan are
Flight to Jeju same day upon arrival at IncheonPro
- Arrive 12 hours earlier at Jeju.
- Straight start the next day without needed to wake up early
Con
- Rush to catch the flight at different airport upon arrival.
- Slightly delayed on arrival (due to many reasons, weather, air traffic etc) increase the risk to miss next flight.
- Arrive 12 hours earlier nothing much but rest or dinning.
Flight to Jeju next day upon arrival at IncheonPro
- Hassel free on first day of arrival
- Straight proceed the day upon arrival at Jeju
Con
- Arrive 12 hours later at Jeju
- Wake up early next day to airport
There is no right or wrong. All depends on what is your preferences on travel.
Wow thanks for making the comparison for me! But I realized that I gave the wrong info, will reach Seoul at 8am instead of 3pm (flight from KLIA at 1am). This way I think better to go straight to Jeju once reach Seoul right? Possible to buy Jeju tickets on the spot instead of advance booking? This way don't have to worry about AA flight delay.
