Are UniFi internet service and Hypptv both pay in advance (pay/bill before using)?

I applied for RM179 ruby pack (confirmed with brochure) via reseller in Octobers during the promo period. My first bill charges me RM189 per month and hypptv no free for first month.

guys, yesterday just upgraded to 30mbps from 10mbps.

but speedtest only get average 20mbps? i googled around and found similar problems about this.

so long story short, the only way to 'fix' it is by buying a new router?

mine is the tm provided orange/white dir-615 router, used since 2012...

only wifi. router too far to use cable...

I wanna complaint regarding the UNIFI improvement programme that to upgrade the power adaptor for Alcatel Lucent supplied BTU.

Until now I haven't received the power adaptor and TM live chat asked me to deal with Alcatel....

That why. I kept on tell the live chat XXX and he said this issue has nothing to deal with TM. Asked me to deal with Alcatel.

I called to Alcatel and they claimed they do not have customer service here. Here is finance/HR department.

   

So I wanna complaint this issue to their CEO that they kicked me like a ball. I have chased this issue since May 2016 and that time the toll free number 1-800-88-1478 (the live chat said this belonged to Alcatel too) and was told tengah poslaju....poslaju till now Dec and received nothing.

they came with citylink but that time i received no letter to inform about this replacement.

not dare to let them in since I was not at home to verify their identity.

what the adaptor is about?

Now I am pissed off with TM:
How  many  customers  will  be eligible for the BIP2017 ?
-More than 500,000 UniFi customers will be eligible for the speed upgrade.
-About 100,000 Streamyx customers will be eligible for the new package to be introduced in June 2017.

Now TM has 2.37 million broadband customers, of which over 900,000 are UniFi customers (2013 data from TM 2016 Annual report), so, there are 1.47 million adsl/streamyx user.......and only 100K of streamyx users will be eligible for some sort of new package?
