Correct me if Im wrong, but this means got non-bumi lot, right? Pretty interesting because its the same developer with Wangsamas

This is confused others here. Pls stop make everyone confuse. Wangsamas is having bumi and non bumi with agreed proportion %.
Gurneymas is 100% bumi only.

to be honest.. those who didn't submit to agent with the 15k... slim chances to get the units..
quite a number of ppl that i asked, they submitted to agent with "booking fee" got their registration number much faster and able to secure the unit even tho haven't ballot.

other friends who submitted application for pandanmas with 5k booking also got their reg no. plus their unit number dy after ballot.

so yeah... developer prefer to have money in advance to roll rather than waiting for dbkl mega_shok.gif

15k is abit "much", but this money goes into dp eventually.

Lanai project at buki jalil doesn't required "booking fees" at all, but it's 300k... (same size and no pool...)

198k is affordable, 300k= 1.5k installment per month included maintenance. Ini rumah tak mampu beli dah in this case.

But now some ppl lose interest into wangsamas as there are plenty of options out there (superb location like desamas, jalilmas, lanai) therefore waiting list / registration without booking fees might get it smile.gif

agree with you bro..
i think the top criteria is always about location and whether unit worth or not..
can see alot aiming for lanai and desamas..

The parc residency rumawip is a sample to see.. it's just like a public flat without facilities..
but genuine ppl who is looking for a permanent place to stay and work like me shudn't mind about lacking of swimming pool.. lol... everyday work work work.. no time to die also where got time for swimming pool tongue.gif

Where u get info that rumawip Parc residency in Setapak no facilities?
That project is full condo facilities sharing with those buy in full price. Total 332 units, 166 unit for rumawip remaining 156 open for public.

can see big difference laa between the 2..
but price difference not that much... rumawip one still cost 300k yet look like low cost apartment.
if wangsamas quality same like the parc rumawip.. then wangsamas is definitely a steal since it's so near to lrt and mall.

just my personal opinion laa.. cos rumawip block is a separate block next to the parc haha..
