No lar.. i just paid the booking thru developer.. they ask you to fill in priority form.. and definately not reserve for unit..

I have to save up cash for now.. haha..

Anyone submitted the docs n bankdraft the agent said how long til you know whether approve or not from dbkl?

how long your agent ask you to wait for balloting results ? my agent told me 3-6 months to know the results?

I actually asked Rumawip staff they also cannot confirm when the balloting date. Hopefully not too long. And you guys can posing with Tengku Adnan while holding replica key..haha

Maybe full already and you are in the waiting list. Because when i submitted the document last week still have few unit. That's what the developer told me. They said cepat2 bagi document dengan bank draft. Banyak laju habis ini. Kalau lambat masuk WL (waiting list) πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Anyway, after u pass the bankdraft, normally will they issue u any receipt mentioning u hv done the booking?

A photocopy of receive with company chop.
U can sue them if bank draft submitted, and dbkl application failed, if they didn't return
