After thinking about it, probably they choose to contact customer that preorder through FB first. If through webstore, they got all customers info so easier to contact later and won't miss out.

Wait. I thought the website is purely for shipping only? If it's shipping only, whatever branch nearer to customer has to ship the product.
Their webstore can get some points for buying through them. You can use the points to offset shipping in the future.

I got word from Impulse JB. Those who preordered will get an email tomorrow on the pricing - rumoured to be around RM20XX + RM100 cash voucher. Neon and Gray set will be priced the same.

Haha don't want to hurt feelings mah, in case got ppl here support that shop. But yes, it's GH. I used to shop with them a lot, but feel recently they are a bit as you put it.. shady.  For me, back when they first started, they were a refreshing change to the reallly shady stores in Sungei Wang etc, but with their quick expansion recently.. I don't know, the mini nes fiasco for example was very off putting.

As for the RM100 + gift for walk-in retail ... they can't get the neon set lo hahaha ...
From this you can see, Maxsoft already charge extra RM100 on neon. It's up to reseller how they compensate this extra RM100.
Like GH, no fxxk given, directly charge the price.
Like Impulse, try to make it look nicer, give you RM100 cash voucher + gift but no neon color.
Like Impulse case 2, try to make it look nicer, give you gift + neon color.

But i do agree with you, pre-order not getting RM100 voucher is a let down. They should at least give reward point to our Impulse Gaming online account.

May be the meaning is all preorder getting the voucher, but the voucher only allow you to purchase walk in instead of offline?
