my em5 mode dial, at P and A mode, when touch a bit, it will jump from P to A vice versa

not big deal, but I wonder if I anyone had same problem? how much to fix?

Possibly it's the infamous mode dial cap loose/off. Does it happen only between these 2 mode ?

That happened to my EM5 too, at the time I had it. Simple fix, i just take off the cap and remember the position, put a small drop of super glue and put the cap back. Press it for a few moments and it's done! Try it at your own risk though he he

I would like to ask my lens for EPL-7 had some problem. When I turned on my camera the LCD screen show blank but can view picture and the lens stayed out can't get in back. The shutter button can't press as well. It's the lens problem as I went to ask for help in the camera outlet and they change the lens and it works.

May I know how to solve it?

Buy a new lens?

Still have warranty or not ? Sounds like contact issue ( not sure issue on body or lens ), usually take off lens and put back again solve it.

Haven't found any retailer in Malaysia selling the Olympus STF-8 Macro Flash.

And I realised that prices for MFT macro stuffs are cheaper compared to Canon/Nikon offerings

Anyone ever did self claim warranty from Olympus? I tried to contact Olympus via FB, but no answer just yet.

How 'self claim' ? Can visit their service center @ Kelana Square, fixed my flash battery door. Last time I PM them via Olympus Malaysia FB page, response quite fast.

Too bad that I'm nowhere near Kelana Jaya to pay a visit. Self claim is get warranty service without going thru shop that sold the camera.

I'm planning to send my XZ-1 using courier, and wanna know the steps. For some cases, manufacturer will provide ticket number as reference yo be placed on parcel. And also wanna know what should I send together with the camera.
