The next door development central park about 4 to 5 acres a L shape park. Believe the lake water drainage system connect to lake valley's lake.

From the masterplan can see around 15 to 20 shops lots and a service apartment or office tower just right opposite wotp. Total commercial land size about 5 to 6 acres.

Will the developer build a single storey bungalows?

Single storey bungalow is super rare nowaday. Even further down semenyih nilai also hardly see it from new project.

actually ecohill semenyih will going to launch 1 storey bungalow houses soon, price starting at RM1.4mil. no details of the house plan yet. name is Reineville.

WOTP neighbour Park. Lake valley park if fully developed. The size of the park will be increased from 40+ acres to about 70 to 80 acres.

It even has an island in middle of the lake, the island will be like a birds sanctuary.

Kinda ambitious planning for lake valley park. But always good to see.

New parking space for future lake Valley park, if they follow original plan. Current parking space not enough during peak hours. This park is getting famous.

One of the famous dimsum Jin Xuan at c180 near wotp. Super crowded and long Q during weekend. Their siew mai really good. 👍

Siew Mai is the soul of dimsum. If siew mai can't do well, other no need to try.

The sutera apartment facing wotp block C IndahWater STP has been removed and gone. Now the place grow many bushes.

Are they going to turn it to park or playground or parking for their residents?

Just down the road from wotp, Auto Bavaria BMW new showroom underconstruction just right opposite Hapseng Star Mercedes. Nice location. Both at the pinnacle point of the Silk highway. Construction progress seem fast.
