Nearby wotp the Lake valley park, has been use for painted stork case study and ground research & observation area for university students project.

Actually never seen a park that has many painted storks but only in lake valley park here. You don't see many of them at bukit jalil Park, Desa ParkCity Park, kl Botanical Park, Ttdi Park and Permaisuri lake Park.

The number of this species keeps reducing globally but the number is increasing in Malaysia which is good news.

Hope government and developer at btho can work together to preserve this species and give more suitable breeding environment.

Where to check out the block C details like layout plan etc? i get info only block A and B from developer website

Block C sold out long long time ago.

Block C all standard size 916sf only. Few units with bigger balcony size about 1100+sf

Wow, looks well maintained.

Seems like there's a common issue of cars parking at road side outside the condo, is it a public road? Can the management do anything about it?

Currently the road is 4 Lane. Lucky the road wide enough, even both road side parked with cars. Yes, it's a public road. Unfortunately, management can only control those cars not to park near the entrance.

Outside of Club House nice place to chill.

Opposite road confirmed reserve for residence and mix development. Not factories as you said.

Solid wood deck swimming pool. Really feeling good to step on it. Not many new condos using it, mostly use hard cement floor tile with wood texture only.

The one and only condo with earthquake resistant in Cheras. Not many in klang valley.

BMW Auto Bavaria 4s showroom progress well up to 2nd floors. If not wrong, got total 9 floors.

Columbia Asia Hospital 2nd phase already fenced up. Now construction ongoing.

Usually when a building is claimed to be designed for earthquake resistance, it makes more sense to state the design parameter i.e. to which Richter scale the building was designed for?
