yes can't wait for it. this is probably not the starting price yah. it could be no bidder as at this size purely for ownstay and not many will consider Auction units for ownstay.

What is the developer price? As far as I remember, it is about RM 800k (after discount) for 1683 sqf unit during launching. Big unit should be more than 1mil..

yes, less than 800k, that's a very good buy. i dont think the launch price was any lower than RM900k for similar size, even after bumi discount.

Renting there is so cheap! my friends is renting a 2000 sq feet with fully furnished just for rm2000 NETT! For those buying to invest, think twice.

you can't generalise the rental rate of WOTP condos based on ONE sample only.

My Sunway unit.... the room rented out almost 2000 per month ... 300sf vs 2000sf...

916sf I heard can go from as low as 1.3k partly furnished. that's a 2.5% nett yield.

When buy property, must distinguish clearly whether stay or rent.

paying a visit to the site or just attempting to drive there will show why many lelong and no yield despite the efforts of sdb to create a gem in the desert.

For those who used to stay nearby will find this place a gem. I have been searching high and low for such place around cheras, and this is the only one. Just compare with any others development nearby and you will understand. Anyway, it’s a great time to buy now as the developer is giving great discount.

alot of new condo in cheras now..green residnce, youvista, cloudtree, lido..etc

They might not be as "wow" in terms of facilities and design. Then again, the surroundings of this condo has all the "wow" you need (in the wrong way).
