yes can't wait for it. this is probably not the starting price yah. it could be no bidder as at this size purely for ownstay and not many will consider Auction units for ownstay.

yes, less than 800k, that's a very good buy. i dont think the launch price was any lower than RM900k for similar size, even after bumi discount.

Renting there is so cheap! my friends is renting a 2000 sq feet with fully furnished just for rm2000 NETT! For those buying to invest, think twice.

you can't generalise the rental rate of WOTP condos based on ONE sample only.

916sf I heard can go from as low as 1.3k partly furnished. that's a 2.5% nett yield.

For those who used to stay nearby will find this place a gem. I have been searching high and low for such place around cheras, and this is the only one. Just compare with any others development nearby and you will understand. Anyway, it’s a great time to buy now as the developer is giving great discount.

They might not be as "wow" in terms of facilities and design. Then again, the surroundings of this condo has all the "wow" you need (in the wrong way).
