Today afternoon, I was sitting at Block C's kids pool table. It was really breezy.
However, it is also really quiet, I think not many is around during the noon time.

I left WOTP around 7 pm to have dinner and managed to pass thru the barriers at the industrial park just beside us. Coming back from the same road around 10 pm, the barrier is closed. Is it legal for the industrial park to closed the road? Who owns this road?

Invisible grille installation above my unit have caused my balcony full of metal pieces and now stained with rust. Need to repaint and scrubbing on the tiles. I think all the units below me also have the same problem.

its the best time to buy wotp, SDB giving lots of freebies and I believe you can even push for discounts. Remember to tell you have a referrer to get another RM15k. Don't wait till the MRT starts in July 2017, as Cheras property price will starts to go up very soon. You will see those property portals and news sites starts to focus in Cheras area.

Better than no school right?
There are many people still sending their kids to kebangsaan school

Commercial value will go up since more people are passing along that road. More shops will come up along this road.

And of coz more condo developers will start looking at this area as well.

Good comment. Actually I feel those some of the cons are pros to me.
No fancy facility - means less money to maintain them
Location not everyone favor - means the area is not crowded and quiet
Empty land around - means more dev later, and it will push the price of WOTP higher
Rules and restrictions- standardise facade outlook to ensure the place looks high end all the time. If everyone is to put different colours and designs, the whole place will look funny.

Another good news, the route going into WOTP is now lighten up. The streetlight is now fixed and we get more attention by MPKJ. UDA is also clearing the overgrown bushes and rubbish along the same road. WOTP definitely the best condo in Cheras

To all Akasa potential buyers, Windows on the park is only a few hundred meters away from Akasa. It’s ready built, bigger land size, more greens, cheaper maintenance fees, still looks new and still have good units. I think, pricewise also lower.

The downside, lesser facilities but I feel this is also an advantage as more facilities means more issues and breakdowns , means more maintenance fees in the future.

The beautiful gym and swimming pool here is good enough for me. Some other facilities such as badminton courts and basketball....still haven’t try them.

For those who used to stay nearby will find this place a gem. I have been searching high and low for such place around cheras, and this is the only one. Just compare with any others development nearby and you will understand. Anyway, it’s a great time to buy now as the developer is giving great discount.

Surrounding the condo is a bukit with lots of trees. Birds chirping in the morning.

The way coming in might be a little secluded for some people, it’s great for me. Its away from the Main Street meaning I don’t hear mat rempit’s motorbikes and car racing. It’s not really deep anyway, not for those who drive. No shops nearby too which is also good as you don’t have to worry about having kopitiam with illegal foreign workers, karaoke, pubs and cyber cafe. Who wants to live nearby these places?

Go visit some bangsar condos and have a feel of why people choose to stay away from commercial area.

Designs are pretty subjective, I find it practical and timeless. Fancy facade only looks outdated after a few years. If you don’t believe me, look at those Arte condos after a 5 years.
