Cons
-No fancy facility.
-location not everyone favor
-still some empty land around
-many rules and restrictions. Macam Window Curtain color, grille door design..etc
Pros
-Going to implement graaab system.
-Consider good after sell service. Even it is slow but better than many developers that do nothing.
-private shuttle van to mrt.
-condo building on the big landscape park.
-high % of good quality residences.
-near c180, hospital, mrt, station, bomba station, huge public park lake valley, aeon cheras selatan, Hap Seng.
-mid low density 540 units on 8.9acres land.
-nice landscaping and stone sculptures around.
Good comment. Actually I feel those some of the cons are pros to me.
No fancy facility - means less money to maintain them
Location not everyone favor - means the area is not crowded and quiet
Empty land around - means more dev later, and it will push the price of WOTP higher
Rules and restrictions- standardise facade outlook to ensure the place looks high end all the time. If everyone is to put different colours and designs, the whole place will look funny.
