The road towards Balakong that merges to SILK Hiway is a road going through an industrial area, hence a private road not maintained by MPKj and without street lighting. But it’s a busy road in the morning since there’s no traffic lights along the road that entices drivers to use it in the morning.

Is the traffic here unbearable for people working in KL or Putrajaya?

Normally when I go around Sungai Long or Cheras South, it’s not around peak hour so would like to ask current residents

It just at the middle of KL and Putrajaya. Peak hour should be quite jam. Putrajaya direction condition could be slightly better than KL. Not as worse than mahkota cheras side.

Wotp Condo upkeep & mantainance wise consider above average.

Active home owner group also got market place group for you to sell and purchase. Or join classes.

Using Jaga app to control visitor, parking and facility booking. Which is quite common nowadays.

Standard necessary fogging & pest control schedule due to huge park to maintain. Notice will send out in advance.

Private shuttle service to mrt available with timetable. Or can book Mobi shuttle service which will arrive to guard house. If not wrong, it is still free if you purchased my50 monthly pass.

Recently waiting for approval from pihak kuasa to Install EV car charging station.
