Boss, that is dpc very first internationals multinationals products. Actually is 300usd psf only, the cost of money to different people are different. Some people 300usd need one month working, some people one day also no need. Hope boss understands which is the target customer for this project boss. Maybe after see the final product will think is underpriced.

I found out one thing which pisses me off. Apparently, the 1800sqf that we pay for this WS3 is not 1800sqf after all. The ID that we engage to do ID work said PPC uses the outside brick as measurement. So, if the wall is thick, then it will eat into the actual size. So, out 1800sqf is actuall 1700sqf plus a bit only.

I dont know whether this is normal practice BUT feel cheated.

Not everyone prefer min sq max rooms.

People who stay here need space and ownself comfort than anything else

DPC has many products maximum built up minimum rooms.
