As time goes by, sure will have rubbish OR in dire needs of cleaning. Wonder how DPC going to handle this. I honestly think its not properly planned for this section.

1st of all the whining is bout the noise when windows are opened up. And noise sudtantially reduced when windows r closed up.

Next argument in gc n fb mainly bout why didn't ppsb provide double glaze windows.

Let's brain storm a bit. If Windows r closed n less noise, how would double glaze windows help when u need air by opening the windows???

Just move in yesterday to this westside 3. The noise level from NKVE is unacceptable. Despite the non stop noise from NKVE. I were manage to fall into sleep because i were too tired.  Unfortunately,  I were wake up few time by the sudden loud noise midnight . Perdana park city management,  I appeal to you to apply to the authority concern for a sound barrier. I believe all westside 1,2,3 residence with unit facing NKVE were sweetly seriously suffered.  Also,  the noise from NKVE make the enjoyment of facilities useless.  You simply can't enjoy when the noise disturb you non stop

Bro Beancounter and Manutdgiggs, does double glaze windows really help alot to reduce the noise from highway? or it is still depend on the distance between the highway to the condo and the workmanship( gap etc) ...

To clear allall the doubt posted.,  I must clarifify more details.

Immediately after collecting my key last Saturday, I bring my own floor light, stand fan and some necessary items to my unit for testing the condo living here.

Everything is fine here and up to my standards of expectations except the noise pollution in my units as well as the facility level.

The window done a good job in noise insulation.i have No complain on these issue.

Nevertheless, I am kind of person who like enjoy fresh air. I open all window when I go toto sleep.

Anyone who still have any doubt that this is a fake post can pm me. I am more thent willing to clear your doubt
