what seems to be problem? 12xxsf only 2+1 or 2br is comfortable sizing. You want to be like Singapore or HK meh?

For a household size of 4, 3 + 1 rooms will be ideal

Also, from my observation (1) lack of yard / laundry area for some layout (2) no natural ventilation provided for toilets. Correct me, if I am wrong.

Theres a mix of products... the issues you mention may not be an issue for investor or those seeking to rent out. i m sure there must be some other types that suit ur 3+1 requirement.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Just curious because the road going up to the mansions there’s one part is closed and look like it’s earmarked for future dev. Maybe that’s condo also.

as far as the master plan is concerned, the rest are all condo launches. there could be 'villa' or landed attached to new condo, but certainly no more pure landed launches.

but we will never know......developer can change plan anytime......

Anyone know what is the occupancy rates like for Westside III?

Will this be similar to many MK condos where in its first 5 years will always have plenty of empty units about?

Anyone knows what's the average rental for a 3bedroom unit and how easy is it to get tenants?

What's a good price for a higher floor unit?
