Anyone knows the maintenance fees (including sinking fund) psf for ws1, ws2, and ws3?

Of coz the maintenance veing carried out here is much better than outside normal condo. D condo here is very quiet and security wise is good.

range of 0.30-0.40 is very common. its just mid-range if you comparing many other luxury condo smile.gif

Yes agreed that it's quite common in KV, however it may be considered slight high for pure residentials like ws*, moreover those with larger built-up area, e.g. 1500 sq ft.

After all, the amount of maintenance we paid has not much translation to the effectiveness of JMB.

Being a visitor to ws1 and ws2 before, me and my friends were not really impressed with currrent condo facilities, at this collection rate psf, which is pretty close to commercial / serviced residence of 0.3-0.4 cents psf (yet they have larger buckets to maintain).

Imagine a landed with guarded environment, just take you rm130 on the high side, for typical 1900 sqft BU area.

The choice is always there. I would say Perdana Parkcity merely building something acceptable (for the condos) to justify / max-out its profits. Nothing beyond expectations.

Landed guarded RM130? Thats for security only without facilities and it's not strata title is it?

Strata landed as I know won't be that cheap, you probably comparing some individual title landed with guarded scheme only. It's different than maintaining a condo with facilities and a lot of common area for maintenance.

Yes the comparison is better choice of living, not the land title or facilities etc.

Landed always has an upper hand than the condos. Just like semi D always has an upper hand than the DST.

I experienced staying in high rise @ jalan ampang before, can see 7 out of 10 ppl will get bored and start thinking about landed after some time.

Same goes to my friend who just stayed in ws2 (just stay one year+ and start feeling confined) looking to sell and get one at Sunway SPK. Again everyone has their choice, but not everyone is able to make it.

Anyway the rate is good reference of associated costs for new condo that to be launched soon, despite smaller sq ft, together with PPA1M it will adjusts overall market value for ws* a lil.

I'm sorry, but i think u shouldn't just compare it as it's different. If want to compare, why not compare stay in kampung, no need pay maintenance fee, big land, big house.

Coz the way u say it's like WS condo maintenance is expensive.
If you compare to other condo with similar standard, it's not high but normal.

I'm sorry, but I don't see why we need to compare with kampung. Just compare it with sunway spk for instance.

If forever we just compare condo- to- condo, we will not able to move out for better choice of living. This is what it meant, to face the reality - unless one's happy to pay high maintenance (increasingly) for limited facilities, till the end of the day just for the name of Desa Park.
