Just hoping I'll be able to diagnose it first or atleast try to pin point the problem instead of sending it to 3 different "ac specialists"  that all give 3 different answers with a 800-1200 ringgit price tag that in the end an accessory shop solved with just rm 40

Perhaps your cooling/evaporator coil partially clogged up with dirt/dust/debris most probably or frost up

once every year or two. i buy those ac coil cleaner spray, spray direct to the coil area. but i dont spray it to the blower or vent.
Cabin filter i clean it every 2-3months..

well good luck.

first perform normal service, check gas pressure, oil pressure. then proceed with major service, open dashboard, check cooling coil, compressor, condenser, change them of required.

must change : expansion valve & receiver drier.

This morning, my Saga FLX Safety Belt Jam + Airbag light's On. Workshop said need to change the whole set becau safety belt came with Sensor! Now waiting for price!

i brought my proton saga for 1st service end of last year and they change the 10km engine oil for me.

i didn't drive that much, barely hit 4k for 6 months, will the car have issue if i ask them to switch to use the cheaper 5km engine oil?

try eat rice first then try pull.

ok la can use petronas syntium 800 semi syn, change every 5k mileage @ 6 months.
