I notice that fiesta 12v adapter keep turning on. Anyone know how to change our 12v adapter to and off follow our key.

Need to rewire kot. For me I just buy splitter with switch.

just FYI, leaving the dashcam on will not drain your battery flat

This is my solution, u can eventually hide the wiring properly to looks tidy. And no need to worry much the power supply always on, it doesn't affect much on your battery.

Hi, haven't been visiting this thread for quite sometime already.
Can anyone share what have you guys did to 'upgrade' your fiesta? smile.gif Performance or visuals..
Btw I'm driving an EB.

Clutch high wear and tear rate
Transmission Control Module rosak
Water pump leakage

Some has no problem whatsoever, those that have problems, the above 3 is the most common ones.

For peace of mind, find one with low mileage and warranty still intact.

Parts price will be a bit more expensive than japanese car. Normal service usually will cost below RM300.

Generally more expensive than Japanese makes, if you service at Ford service centers.

Normal engine oil change is RM290++ every 10k km.

Timing belt replacement with normal service is almost RM2k around 80k-100k service.

everything else will cause somewhere between this two, except clutch replacement which costs RM4k-5k.

On the flip side, a used Fiesta is so damn cheap you'd probably already offset the maintenance cost in the purchasing price in the first place, compared to Toyota or Honda.
