already out of warranty..no idea about steering because my wife was there and she cant explain it to me, need to call the SC and ask why...regarding the brake pad,I ask other workshop and it was less then that price.
*
Looking at the price, my guess is the steering intermediate shaft, a common problem with the Fiesta. To confirm, drive a low speed (less than 10kmh) and turn the steering, see if you hear a kluk kluk sound from the steering column.

About the brake pad, yes buying from Ford SC is very expensive, RM500 can buy some very nice aftermarket pads.

Alright bro.. thanks for the advise. I send to battery shop to check the battery health.
*
OK today finally got some times off to send my car to PJ SC HQ. They check and confirm battery weak. They want to charge me RM400 for the battery. There and additional charges for Gear configuration. According to SA is it truth every time we change battery we need to configure the gearbox?

It's a preventative maintenance thing, but not necessary. There are already members here who changed their battery outside of SC without configuring anything.

How much is the total? RM400 seems cheap from a Ford SC.

Battery quoted RM400. Gearbox configuration RM65. Total RM465 excluding GST I guess.

Currently still using Fomoco maintenance free battery.

Guys can we add battery water in maintenance free battery?
I found out that this fomoco battery can open up to view the liquid inside the battery.

Shouldn't be a problem. Get the VIN and check on Ford ETIS for the manufactured date, plus minus a month for transport. That's the duration it may have been out at the yard under the hot sun. Mine was just about 8 months at the yard which I confirmed with the SA, so far no problems.
