I doubt they will do that for you.. It's impossible for a car to have 0 defects, it may not happen now but in the future, who knows?
If you are afraid, my advice is to opt for another car..

For those who encountered issue with loose front bumper fittings, what exactly is done by the SC to rectify this problem? Wondering would it hurt my coating on the bumper itself if say they have to dismantle everything and attach the bumper back again.

I see, as i watch it from youtube, i see Thailand they use something call wifi HDMI dongle,is the dongle come with wifi connection or need to use the phone hotspot as network and connect the phone with the dongle together?

It depends on how they handle the bumper after it's been dismantled..
As far as i know, all they can do is bend the bumper till it fits but it's a 50 50 chance that it will fit or it might not cuz they wouldn't wanna over do it..
